We hope you love your new clothes, but should you need a return, please complete your return right away, so another shopper may enjoy that item. Thank You!
Full Price Exchange or Merchandise Credit is Free (one time per original order) when you use our Pre-paid Return Label.
Sale Items and Full Price Items for Refund: the Client is responsible for returning shipping. Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Some special order items are Final Sale if marked.
Email us at info@kokoon.net to request a return within 14 days from the SHIP DATE on your packing list.
Items must be in new condition ~ unaltered, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
Once approved you will receive an email with instructions.
Items must be received in our warehouse within 21 Days from the SHIP DATE.
*Items Marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
*Returns from a BOGO or free gift with purchase order must include the free gift in order to receive any refund.
Please Note:
1. Items will be inspected upon return and must be in new condition; unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags in place.
2. Items received in our warehouse without prior authorization, not in new condition, and/or past 21 days, are subject to be shipped back to the client.
3. Special Order Surcharges are not refundable in any form.
4. Expired discounts and Notes cannot be credited back nor rolled forward.
5. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
6. Your refund will be credited to the original form(s) of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days, plus additional 5 to 10 days from your institution.
7. We cannot refund or credit lost returns; be sure to use a trackable and insured method.
